SoloSleeving cables are not mass produced. Every cable is created from the ground up with proper crimping and sleeving techniques. You design, we deliver.
Every terminal is crimped directly to the insulation of the wire and not over the sleeving. This method of attaching the terminal to the wire provides the strongest possible bond between the terminal, wire, and connector. Once crimped, the sleeving is stretched tight and melted over the terminal to seal the wire.
We use thick 16 gauge wire for every paracord extension cable. As a result, a nice full appearance is showcased. Thin and flimsy wires are a thing of the past.
The paracord involved in our cable crafting process is 100% made in the USA. The nylon paracord is tightly stretched along the wire making sure no loose sleeving is present. In addition, this also allows the cable to be more rigid when bent. A more rigid curved cable can simplify cable routing in a PC case by adhering to the bends easier than a straight cable.

Understanding the cable designer
Our leading live cable designer has been developed to grant you the ability to preview your color patterns before making any commitments. For an optimal viewing and editing experience, a modern, up-to-date, web browser is recommend.
When designing a cable, you will be looking at the front of the connector with its clip on the back. Every wire row is fully customizable with the available sleeving colors presented on the page. An image can be previewed when hovering over the row color, and once clicked, is shown in your live cable design. Connectors can be adjusted to black or white, depending on the cable, and the comb color may be changed to match the overall pattern.
The connector clip direction is something that must be selected correctly, as curved cables can not be bent in the opposite direction. There are two images below demonstrating the difference between inside of the curve, and outside of the curve. The connector clip on the cable must align with the component's connector to curve in the desired direction.
Important aspects to remember when configuring the clip direction.
- The designer is displaying the cable from the front with the clip residing on the back. Therefore, your cable pattern will always be created when viewing the color configuration from the front of the connector, despite the clip direction selected.
- To determine the correct clip direction for your PC parts, please refer to the two images below. These images demonstrate how clip inside, and outside, of the curve will be in the final product. Once again, the cable designer is displaying the cable from the front of the connector.
