Crafting Time
The current crafting period for custom PC cables has been updated and is outlined in our chat widget’s first article. Please refer to this list for existing orders until we begin accepting new orders again. Orders placed when we are not accepting orders will not begin their crafting periods until we are caught up on previous orders, as mentioned in the popup notification.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Every cable is thoroughly tested, and ensured working before shipment. If, however, an issue is present, and confirmed by SoloSleeving as a fault of our own, we will promptly take care of the problem.
